Pricing on orders ?
No pricing on drop ship orders UNLESS its brand supported
Can I trop ship on my own account ?
No - need to set up new account under drop shipping
Can sales team place all the orders for me?
Not ideally - need to input end customers details etc. should be done by them
How will the customer see shipping info?
It will be sent across as 'TROPSHIP' through DPD
What is the delivery charge?
£5 + VAT
Will our customers get a delivery email?
They will need to put their email address in the delivery email
Can I upload my logo after registering?
Yes, email cs@tropicanawholesale.com with logo in png (or jpeg), max 1MB
Can a logo be changed after uploading at registration?
Yes, email cs@tropicanawholesale.com with new/revised logo in png (or jpeg), max 1MB
Will they receive a feed?
Yes, it is updated hourly and you will receive it [time frame]
Will it say Tropicana Wholesale anywhere on the parcel?
No. It will only show TropShip on the shipping label
If our customer's customer wants to return what do they do?
Our customer can return it to us at their own cost and in original condition OR we can arrange pick up from customer's local DPD shop, at a return cost charge and they will lose their delivery charge
What is the return cost?
£7.30 + VAT
How should I pay for my order?
Credit/debit card or PayPal
What if the item arrives damaged?
We will offer a replacement, FOC to the customer. OR we can offer the item at a reduced price if they want to keep it
How will integration work?
There will be a new page in your 'My Account' section where a Tropship retailer will be able to to view their existing private keys and documentation including examples for the API with curl, JR and C#
Will samples be added to Tropship orders?
No
Will customer rebates be passed onto Tropship account?

What will show on the Packing List inside customer orders?
Our customer's logo, company name and company address, along with their customer's name and delivery address; there will be no pricing on the packing list; item codes, descriptions, quantities and weights
